This is how I made Day 26's photo. 2 flashes, one behind the chair (in day 26's photo) with no umbrella, and another flash high right of the chair with a shoot through umbrella for fill-in light. I took Day 26's photo with my 70-200mm lens in the livingroom which is in the background of this photo...
