SO, it has finally been one month! Surprised I have made it this far already, and surprised that I have continued to push myself to take a photo every day so far. The challenge I face was taking a photo late at night before midnight. When that happens, I run out of ideas because it's usually a photo I have to snap inside of the house for the project, haha. Other challenges I faced was being too lazy to take out the camera to snap a photo. I can't imagine people doing a strobist 365 project where they have to take out all of their photo gear, daily, to complete their project. Shoutout to Elkin for doing a strobist 365! But here I am, 850 views, one month down, and 11 more months to go until I am finished.

This would be my first legit photoshoot. I have done one other photoshoot when I first started photography, but that was back when I did not have a clue on what I needed to shoot to get some sort of decent photos. This time around, I had the use of wireless flash and I knew what angles to shoot at, as well as additional stuff I learned from my first photoshoot. While this photo was taken a LONG time ago, and I haven't done a photoshoot since then, I believe I can do much better now. The person in the photo is YAE, a local rapper here in Vegas. This is how I made Day 26's photo. 2 flashes, one behind the chair (in day 26's photo) with no umbrella, and another flash high right of the chair with a shoot through umbrella for fill-in light. I took Day 26's photo with my 70-200mm lens in the livingroom which is in the background of this photo...

This would be my FIRST strobist photo. For those that don't know photography terms, a strobist photo usually means a photo created by the use of a flash off of the camera. When I started to get into photography, strobist photography always caught my eye. Highlighting a subject through the use of an off-camera flash makes for a unique genre in the photography world.
